All payments made to Olivet College of Health Science and Technology including but not limited to:
• Application fees
• Admission fees
• Tuition fees
• School fees
• Acceptance fees
• Other institutional charges
are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable once payment has been successfully processed.
2. Payment Responsibility
Students, applicants, and sponsors are advised to carefully review all payment details before completing any transaction. The institution will not be liable for errors arising from incorrect payment information provided by the payer.
3. Failed or Reversed Transactions
In the event of a failed transaction where payment is debited but not successful, such reversals will be handled in line with the payment processor’s (Flutterwave’s) standard reversal procedures.
4. Acceptance of Policy
By making a payment to Olivet College of Health Science and Technology, the payer acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy.
